Important Notice on Medication Returns

Due to strict UK health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Prescription medications

  • Over-the-counter medicines

  • Opened, used, or tampered pharmaceutical products

Once these items leave our facility, they cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons.

If the product is damaged, incorrect, or lost during transit, please contact us for immediate assistance.

Eligible Returns & Refund Situations

You may request a refund or replacement if:

1. Wrong Item Delivered

If you received a product different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

2. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
We will process a replacement or full refund.

3. Order Not Received

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed:

  • UK Orders: Eligible after 7 working days

  • International Orders: Eligible after 15–25 working days depending on your location

We will open an investigation with the courier and issue a replacement or refund.

4. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a full refund.
Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Bank or card provider timelines may vary

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.

Return Procedure (If Applicable)

If a return is authorized for non-pharmaceutical items:

  1. Contact our support team to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Send the item back in its original, unopened condition.

  3. Provide the tracking number for verification.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
